- The conference on: Program for the National Waste Management Strategy Development was jointly held by the Ministry of National Resources and Environment and UNEP. The participants included national and international experts, the delegate of the Ministry and Hanoi’s Department of National Resources and Environment and UNEP’s representatives. Lots of issues were discussed there: current situation of Waster Management in Viet Nam and Ha Noi, the gap between and the challenges… And then, the parties identified an action plan and strategy in the near future.
