- From March 21 to 8 April, the Boarding Officer Course had been organized in Hai Phong with the participation of marine force and coast guard of Vietnam.
- The course includes theories and advance practice of dominating target, defense tactics, process of arrest, judging and others pratice. Those will help the officers to get ready when on board, from the low to the high level of risk. Based on US Coast Guard’s standard, the cources provide strategy basic skills for the officers.
