On 14 June, Viet Nam Bank Association coordinated with ERI Banking Software to hold the conference on “Wealth management technology”.

The participants included Dr Tran Thi Hong Hanh – General Secretary of VNBA, Ms Sara Tan – Customer Relationship (ERI), Mr Lee ShyhJih – specialist in Technology and Business Solution (ERI) and experts of VNBA.

The definition of wealth management and related issues were analyzed and discussed by ERI at the conference. Wealth management services provided to highly-income customers would be upgraded by modern technology. It might result in a competitive fee and the services would bring back more profit for the commercial bank. ERI presented a system of wealth management services named “Olympic banking system” and examined the possibility of applying it.
