From 1 to 6 August 2016, the training course TOT4 was jointly organized by the Vietnam Water Supply and Sewerage Association (VWSA) and GIZ. It included in the Wastewater Management Program launched by GIZ to give technical support for the Vietnam Water Supply and Sewerage system.

The course provided teaching skills, method of building, designing lecture and organizing the class for the trainees – technical and planning staff working in the water supply and sewerage system. The trainees could become professional lecturer in their field after finishing the course. Then GIZ kept helping VWSA to expand and hold the training course to their members.
